‘Efthymia’ – in Greek, my first name means ‘a zest for life’. And I would like to spread this zest for life through my surroundings

I am a medium trained in English spiritualism and I live in Zurich. I convince people through the clarity of my mediumship, my warmth and my authenticity. In my work with the Spirit World and my clients, I am down to earth and act according to high ethical standards and with great respect. Over the past 30 years, I have helped people with challenges in this world and the next. As a coach and medium, I have been able to successfully accompany and train several thousand people through profound changes over the past 14 years. As a medium, I can look more deeply into my clients’ situations and thus accelerate the coaching process, which is highly appreciated by clients. My first book, Ausgestresst, appeared in 2016, my second book, Spirit Connection in 2021.

In addition to mediumship and spiritualism, I am fascinated by quantum physics, neuroscience, biology and epigenetics, as well as by Ayurveda, shamanism, Greek philosophy and alchemy. This knowledge helps me to understand the big picture and enriches my work as a medium. I integrate old wisdom into our contemporary Western society and love to pass on knowledge. I do this in a distinctively authentic, refreshing and motivating way that is central to my work.
